Um, yeah... the economy is bad everywhere. I don't think that would be the entire problem though. If you have a low rating, it could reduce your sales. Also, there has been some bad press about online auction sites like ebay having scams on them, so people are being more cautious. It also might be that you aren't selling anything that anyone wants.
