  2. After exercising your ripping your muscles.

    Thats why it hurts after exercising.

    After awhile thoes muscles shall repair there selfs but repair with something else. so they were stronger than before.

    Afterawhile doing this reguraly you'll notice your muscles have increased in size.

    I learnt it in science.

    But i hope it helps explain why.

  3. Because your building muscle.Remember the old cliche "no pain,no gain"well your in hurting so its building.

  4. it means you're working your muscles which is a good thing! you're tearing them and new muscles form in place which will make it look larger.
