Why are my cats not active?

Question

They never come to me like my friends cats do. My friends cats jump on there laps and stuff and my cats just sleep around. Although, my girl cat does come around during night time to see whats up, then she goes back upstairs. Did I do something wrong? They are both fixed. But all my friends cats are fixed and also active.

i dont know take her to a vet or ask ur friends what they do for their cats

cats are usally low key durning the day thats when they take naps. at night cats hunt and find mice. (there a little nocternal)

I have six cats and they all have different personalities. One of my cats I hardly ever see. She always hides and if I'm lucky she'll come see me for a few minutes before she runs and hides again. Another one of my cats is all over me. Everytime I sit down he's on my lap and he's always right under my feet following me everywhere I go. It just depends on the cat and their personality.

No my cats do the same thing. I guess they just like to chill out.

Every cat is different, but every cat needs some stimulation with playing. I woiuld go to your local pet store & find some new & interesting toy, including the tease wands that will have feathers & stuff on them. My cats also love it when i throw a paper bag on the floor, roll up & throw a rolled up piece of paper or rolled up tinfoil. Trust me when i say find a toy with real cat nip & you will have Kitty Cats gone wild. Good Luck

I have to encourage my cat to be active. We have a pom-pom toy that we play with the him with.  Our cat isn't very active during the daytime, but then again he is up and at it when we are ready for bed.

You didn't do anything wrong.  Some cats are just more social than others.  My cat will play and give attention, but mostly she likes her sleeping spots.  She's definitely not a lap cat.  She likes to know I'm there, but she's not really into unsolicited attention.
