Why are my eyelashes falling out when I rub my eyes gently?

When a rub my eyes, 6 eyelashes fell out, it was very gentle, i basically just rubbed my eyelid. The other day this happened as well. I have been sick with the flu so i have been wearing any make up or mascara or anything like that. A few weeks ago i started using a natural facial cleaner, could that be it? I've only been taking vitamins and painkillers, could these affect my eyelashes falling out? Help me, i don't want all my eye lashes to fall out :(

Maybe because you've been sick?  Don't wear mascara for a while, and maybe use a special lash conditioner on them.
