  1. It's usually stress.  have 2 shots of top-shelf tequila and you'll feel much better.

  2. I had that before too, and it happens when you spend long hours before a computer or television screen.

  3. I've been told by optometrists that eyes tend to twitch as they tire. The more time you spend stressing your eyes, the more likely the twitching will begin. If you are farsighted, then reading or using a computer will tire your eyes. Nearsighted, then looking at distances for long periods will stress the eyes. Try to blink more often and look around the room. Definitely schedule an eye exam to be sure nothing more serious is going on.

  4. the reason why eyes twitch are usually because you either are nervous about something or you are really stressed. If you belive that this isn't true I suggest you go to an eye doctor.

  5. its because of stress and being in front of a screen too much, such as right now im working 12 hour days 5 days a week at my job in front of a computer to get out of debt before getting sued.

    my eyes are twitching too!!!

get more sleep and relax im sure u will be fine.

  6. maybe theres some phycilogical problems
