Why are my feet swollen?

My feet have been swelling at night. I'm a runner, and this week was the first week of practice. Are my feet swelling from running or something else?

Lack of plentious drinking water and urination. Nevermind drink as much as you can but atintervals. And  DO running

probably from the running..

running is very hard and stressful on your joints..specifically your knees. but, your tendons on your feet can be inflamed and cause swelling. its called plantar fasciitis

it could be becusae of heat or maybe water retension too much salt from pickles or snacksin your diet?
