Why are my gums itchy?

Question

i brush twice a day, floss twice a day, a rinse with crest whitening

i brush my gums and tongue also

is it that my tooth brush is too rough-i changed it less than a month ago

also i havent been eating that many things with high acidity

Maybe you have allergies? Either food, or maybe the toothpaste or rinse. Even if you were not sensitive before you can develop sensitivities. Try changing 1 thing at a time, like stop using the rinse and see if it goes away. If not, then try changing toothpaste and see...if ti keeps on then you may have to call the dentist.
