My hands are always sweaty. Like right now the tops of my hands are cold but the bottoms are hot and sweaty. And everytime I touch or hold someones hand they either pull their hand away or tell me i have sweaty hands. and it's really embarrassing because i love to hold hands. and no i can't get surgery or go to a freekin doctor. my mom would just tell me to get over it. and i'm not nervous and even when it's really cold in a room it'll be like this. anything i can do?

  1. yea its hyperhidrosis

    not much u can do

dermatologists help, but ure mom wont take u...

i think u can get Certain-dri at rite aid or something

i know how u feel too

    hate it like not other

lol it almost made my gf and i break up

  2. Try put antiperspirant on palms of hands...like Degree or Secret Clinical

    at night before sleep.

You have what is called Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).

Most common treatment is botox & lasts 3 or more months.

There are prescription meds that can also help with excessive perspiration.

Strees can also trigger sweating, so relaxation exercises including deep breathing can help.

    Google:  mayo clinic>>diseases>>hyperhidrosis

    Good luck

  3. probably hyperhidrosis. If not it is easier to correct.  Use one dose of Calcaria Carb 200 three globules on alternate days for three days.  If it is not hyperhidrosis and if it is due to Calcium imbalance, it will be cured permanently.  Sulphur 30 Calcaria Carb 200 Lycopodium 30 in that order one dose once is a classical sequence which can be tried as a remedy.  Consult a homeopath for hyperhidrosis and he will be able to arrive at the correct medicine suitable for you.

Medicines should be used in consultation with a doctor.
