It doesn't matter what the temperature is, my hands and feet (especially my feet) are usually always freezing. It gets unbearable at night and I have to wear 2 layers of socks. Why do I have this problem?

  1. That is a circulation problem.

It could be caused by many different things, None of us are

You should get yourself to a Dr and have your thyroid, iron  blood sugar levels checked in addition to heart and BP.
