Why are my knees uncomfortable?

Question

Whenever i walk or stretch my legs, my knees feel a little uncomfortable. When I bend my knees, like when I sit, they are perfectly fine.

They don't hurt, just fell uncomfortable. Like make me feel like I shouldn't stretch too much. What could it be?

To be honest, i haven't been moving around for the past week because of my knees, could it be that i just need exercise?

Maybe, I would get a DR. opinion on this, may be some artritis or just exercise.
