Why are my legs so itchy ???

They are itchy and i think it's because of bad blood circulation!!!

i am getting checked in three days but i just wanted to know!!

What can i do to fix this!!

once i got the same itch but i discovered why because it was the shampoo

dry skin or a food allergy are common causes.

i had the same problem this summer! my legs are horrible right now, i have so many scars on them because i would scratch so much and it would bleed and turn into scabs and scars. nott good. awful feeling.

so i did this and it really helped:

-wash your bed sheets

-wear clean pajama PANTS to bed

-use lotion every night

it went away, but i still have the scars.

it is just dry skin that happens to me too.  Just put lotion on it it will help

cream them...it might be from swimming, hot water or soap...it could be an allergy..( shaving with those razors with 'strips' cause allergies too...)

Walk a little and get a good lotion like oil olay or aveeno one with aloe!

if u r about to sweat it is because of what you are eating or drinking.  If you have changed your diet your body cannot adjust to new spices alcohol or some other toxin and its trying to get rid of it through your skin
