I do yoga which is suppose to make me feel better. Well, for the first few years I was building muscle and feeling great. After that, however, my muscles started getting sore and I stay weak all the time. I can hardly pick up my toddler son. He weighs about 40 pounds and I really struggle to get him off the floor. My muscles just ache all the time and I feel like I can barely lift anything.Is something wrong?
