Why are my muscles really sore?

I do yoga which is suppose to make me feel better. Well, for the first few years I was building muscle and feeling great. After that, however, my muscles started getting sore and I stay weak all the time. I can hardly pick up my toddler son. He weighs about 40 pounds and I really struggle to get him off the floor. My muscles just ache all the time and I feel like I can barely lift anything.

Is something wrong?

  2. Your body is not coping with the exercise as well as it used to. Tone down the exercises or do them less frequently to ease the pain.

  3. Did you stop and redo it? If yes, I think this is the reason; If not, you should go to doctor to check. It is important because it's your health!
