Why are my skullcandy earbuds playing only through one ear?

There's no physical damage that I can see, nor did they have any traumatic events recently. Just one earbud doesn't work. Right after it started not working, I found that if I press it into my ear and some certain angle it works, so I started messing with it, but nothing but pressing it in made it work. Now, it just plain doesn't work. Can I fix them myself or should I just buy new ones?

This actually happened to me not too long ago with a pair of Ink'd ones. I'm guessing it has something to do with the wire, maybe it was bent somehow?? I'm assuming that's how mine went out. It never happened with my Smokin' Buds though... I would definitely buy another pair, I ended buying the bigger Hesh ones :)

did you stretch the wire? that's what happened to mine, when one of my buddies tried to pull it out of my ear :( i was pissed and tried to choke him with it...ended up buying a new pair for me
