Why are my sons eyes sleepy looking?

i noticed yesterday my 3 yr old son's eyes looked droopy. not his eyelids, but the bottom of his eyes. kinda looks like he has bags under his eyes. just looks like hes sleepy or something. he has been swimming and i dont know if its the pool water or maybe allergies? any one know what could be wrong? he seems fine.

maybe he is sleepy!! fighting his sleep.. my lil cousin does that!! she gets extremely hyper when she gets sleepy.. she also gets small bags under her eyes!!

I'd focus on getting him more sleep.  Is he napping successfully?  Are there things keeping him awake?

Maybe he is sleepy.  My son gets like this too.  Even after he has had a nap or slept through the night.  Maybe he isn't getting a restful sleep ?

My 4 year old daughter also gets bags under her eyes. It was driving me crazy and she really looked like she wasn't getting enough sleep and i felt like a bad mummy.

I began her on vitamins, and now she appears ok. Somedays she has bags, other days not.

it could be the pool water. See if it persists even when not swimming

my child has the same problem!

i took her to the doc and she said its allergies,and you know what...it was! she doesn't have bags under her pour lil eyes no more.try him on otc medicine,benedryl or something and see if that works for him.if that doesn't try some vitamins for anemia,i was also told that could be a cause.
