Why are my teeth getting yellow after I got braces?

Like the space between my teeth is getting yellow and the part between the braces and my gum is getting yellow. whats up w/ that and how do i fix it???

You could be seeing discoloration of the glue that is on your teeth after cementation of the brackets. Schedule a good cleaning by a hygienist and they will seem whiter.

Maybe the braces is obstructing how well you brush and the areas you can reach when you brush. Contact your orthodontist and tell him/her the problem.

When some one wears braces it is usually difficult to clean the teeth with the normal cleansing means you do at home.The yellow colouration is because of the food deposits that are not being cleaned by the brush.

Take more care while brushing, practising it twice or thrice a day. You get special brushes for patients who undergo orthodontic treatment, like you. Try a Floss too.

Ask your dentist if you can try out any mouth wash, or any orthodontic toothbrush.

You can visit your dentist for cleaning of your teeth.
