Why are my teeth hurting?

About 4-5 mos. ago I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled and the procedure went great with little pain. Then about 1-2 months ago I had a cavity in the tooth next to my molar and I was having extreme pain after the filling and I went back to my dentist and he said it was because of my bite. The pain was not going away so I continued to go back, and about 2 weeks ago I went back for the 3rd time and he seemed to have fixed the problem with my pain when eating food, but I continue to have pain. The pain I have now is a new pain not necessarily happening when I chew foods, but it does happen when I do. Different teeth are hurting including my front teeth and on the other side from the tooth that had the filling, and at the gum line (it feels like an itch). What I am thinking is that because of my wisdom teeth getting pulled my teeth are just now starting to straighten out now that hey have more room. Over the counter medicine works sometimes, but I am having trouble sleeping. Whats wrong?
