Why are my youtube videos blurry?

I made a video on Windows movie maker and I converted it to a wmv. When I watch it off windows media player the quality is very good but when I put it on youtube its very blurry. How do I fix it? I see other videos very clear. My link is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-TIux7cQrQ. Please help!

You can try putting &fmt=18 at the end of the youtube video url to make the quality better. It always works for me.

Its the way it gets compressed to be on Youtube
