Obama is new coming into all this, Hillary has BEEN in the trenches, even under the net of "Bill" handling things...like he never asked her opinion?

Her current status is good....Obama wants limits on everything, gun control, animal control, he is in favor of breed specific legislation, which is stupid, since ANY breed of dog can bite someone!

Obama is just getting his feet wet, his groupies promote the 'old style' of thinking, copying other canidates platforms/ways of speaking/promotions

Maybe next time around, but not now...I am a dem...and just can't find a way to acknowledge his efforts

  1. She's been playing the "racism card" which is quite unbecoming to a woman.  Only men can do that.

  2. Being in the trenches doesn't equate to political experience.  I don't think either Dem candidate has significant political experience for the Presidency.

  3. WHAT DO YOU THINK BUSH DID. IS THE COUNTRY STRAIGHT NOW. THIS IS WHY THE WORLD IS MESSED UP

  4. I remember her time at the White House, The Travel Office Firings only to be replaced by her friends. The Health Care Secret Meetings. Missing files and on and on and on

  5. I was a John Edwards supporter and I now feel Hillary is a better candidate for the general election than Obama. There are many Obama's negatives that Democrats feel OK with but may not be OK for older white voters who is a critical mass in states that are in play. Also I think Obama will crumble when Republican negative ad campaign starts all over the US. I also feel Hillary's speeches include more specific details than Obama's speeches which contain more of rhetoric and forward looking statements. I know how much Hillary has worked for NY people after 9/11 and also I have heard her great speeches against administration during that time. I see her deep understanding of world politics and her passion to lead America in all her speeches.

But, I also am not with Hillary fully because of the following reasons:

    1. Hillary has done a stupid mistake of voting for the war. Not only that: most Democrats and some Republicans who have voted for the war has apologized and even admitted that they were stupid to vote for that. Hillary has not done that in a forthright manner and that trait reminds me of Bush (he also thinks he has done anything stupid in the last 7 years).

    2. Her message of "ready on day one" sounds really boring... she should have taken on more of John Edwards platform rather than doing this boring message.

    3. She has lost many states in the primary. She did not even concede in one single speech. Most speeches she does looks like a victory speech whereas Obama has the humility to congratulate Clinton on her victories.

    4. Bad political plays: Gas tax debate is another piece of bad politics... That is not a Democratic platform. That sounds more like Republican/John McCain-ish. You take 18 cents off a gallon by cutting Federal tax and you think you can achieve a lot? Big Oils will immediately raise the prices to offset the tax-cut and basically that is like federal money sent to big oils!

    5. She sound more like a old bossy co-worker, who is a woman but has lost all femininity. I think she should be herself rather than show out that she is equivalent to a bold man.

  6. First, I can't help but notice that you are using a pro-Clinton website for you facts.

Second, I totally disagree that being in Washington politics for a longer time makes you more qualified to be president. The truth is that no job can prepare you to be president. In fact, some of our greatest presidents have even less political experience than Obama when they entered the Oval Office. Teddy Roosevelt had been governor of New York for 2 years and Vice-President for just 6 months. Woodrow WIlson had only been a governor for 2 years and Franklin Roosevelt only for 4. Those with the most political experience - like Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, and William McKinley - have often ended up being considered failures.

You should also keep in mind that it was Hillary's husband that urged people not to consider time in Congress or as a governor useful to the presidency, but rather real experience interaction with people.

Moreover, many Democrats are upset with Hillary because she ran a campaign of entitlement for her first few months. She made it sound like she basically had the presidency wrapped up because of her time in the White House as the First Lady. This was incredibly insulting to a lot of people, because it sounded like she didn't even care how people voted or like she was assuming every Democrat was squarely on her side because they loved her husband. It was so ridiculous, I withdrew my support for her months before I caucused in Iowa.

  7. Hillary is very popular, but Obama is new, fresh, and untainted by  the old politics

We all like the leading edge of anything
