Why are other mobile devices recieving my text messages late?

please i need to know. i have a blackjack and it was working perfectly fine the first two months i had it, but now its sending text messages very late. & when i tried to switch phones, but its still the same problem. help please?

i had the same problem with my phone sending text messages to other phones especially when they were with a different phone company. i have t-mobile and some of my friends are with verizon and they are receiving my text messages late, sometimes up to 6 hours late. try calling customer service and see if they can help.
