Why are people addicded to watching tv and playing video games?

I mean, i like video games, but i have ALOT of energy and i need someone to help get it out.Is there anyway to get people to go outside with me.

You could get a dog... That's what I did. If you actually want people to go outside with you though... You could try asking them I guess lol... Or listing things until they finally hear something they wanna do. It is a hard task...
