  1. because there all haters

rampaige is good but forest is better

look at whos team the ultimate fighter came from.

  2. Both Rampage and Forrest are very popular fighters. I believe most people agree with the decision but Decisions usually do spark some controversy. Not everybody understands how MMA fights are scored so naturally Rampage fans will say he won cause he landed some big punches but the fact is Griffin absorbed those punches and took the fight to Rampage who simply didn't do enough. You'd also have to give Griffin a 10-8 round in the second when he was all over Jackson who did absolutely nothing in that round.

  3. Because it went to the judges and many people thought it should've been a split decision, not unanimous.  Forrest is a very good fighter, and he will have a chance to show that he deserves that belt in his first title defense, since I'm sure that the UFC will have a great opponent for him.  My thought is that there isn't really a point in whining about the decision, it's over and nothing will change it.  Rampage will be back, and Forrest will get a chance to prove that he's an elite fighter at 205.

  4. Well he could win by popularity because it went to the judges decision. The judges could have been biased. If you're the paranoid type, you might wonder if the judges were paid off.

Personally, I don't think they were paid off, but I do think we have a real problem with biased and uneducated judges in MMA.

There's been a rash of really bad decisions lately. Some of this may be due to personal bias, and some of it may be ignorance.

People are hating on Forrest right now because of the way in which he won that title. It was a back and forth fight, but if you look at who got the better of it, who inflicted the most damage, Rampage was clearly ahead. Forrest appeared more active because he pressed forward more often, and threw effective leg kicks, but honestly, EVERY shot Rampage landed was a power shot, and Rampage had him wobbling a few times.

In my opinion, Rampage won that fight, but it could have gone either way. It just feels like a hollow victory for Forrest. He'll have to show me something special in his next fight. I think he went from being one of the most exciting fighters out there, to kind of a sleeper. So we'll see.

  5. it could be because of popularity and alot of people say rampage won that fight but thats what happens when it goes to the judges especially in a close fight like that but to be honest forrest won the fight he was the agresor and hurt rampage early in the fight i think he deserves the belt too but lets see who his first defense will be against

  6. Firstly, it's hard to take someone named Forrest seriously.

Secondly, I don't think he look the part.

Thirdly, he doesn't have that natural phenom factor.

  7. He did win because of popularity.  It's a little too coincidental that the last two big names he fought, Rampage Jackson and Tito Ortiz, were both uncharacteristically off their game.  Both appeared tired, disoriented, and lacked their usual aggression.  Watch the fights on YouTube if you don't believe me.  Compare Tito's fight with Forrest to Tito's fight with Ken Shamrock, and compare any of Rampage's fights against his fight with Forrest.  Tito was told to let the fight go to decision and Rampage was told to lose in decision.

  8. The only round Forrest won clearly was the second round. The fight should have ended in a draw.

  9. everyone wants to hate on the white man. it was probably consider a hate crime because he won.

  10. I'm one of the biggest Rampage fans there is and even I concede that Forrest won that fight or was a draw at best but MMA in America needs a severe change in its points system.
