If I am not mistaken the constitution allows for assembly, speech and protest - what is the GOP doing to our constitution?

  1. It's not for simply disagreeing with the republicans, they are accused of serious crimes.  Although I don't agree with the ways the government is doing things to gather this information, lives may very well have been saved.  From what I heard they had dangerous items with intent to harm innocent civilians.

  2. They weren't arrested to keep them from their freedom of speech.  Your own article says they were arrested for conspiracy to incite a riot.  Riots kill people.  But I'm sure, being a Democrat and believing the government is evil, you think the charges are bogus without even hearing the evidence first.

  3. I feel sorry for you,  you are incredibly uneducated.

  4. now we are seeing the fruits of all that spying that was allowed to take place against americans.  They are now able to arrest you before you even show up at the actual protest.  lol

Pretty soon they will arrest you for what you say on yahoo answers and soon after that your thoughts...

  5. Free speech is not so free as much anymore.  You cannot incite riots anymore; that will curtail that blessed speech that we are suppoed to have.

But to be honest though, not that its totally OK, but the far left protesters get much more violent and come out in much larger groups as it holds much of the youth.

  6. I use to make Michael Moore look like a little school girl sucking on a lolipop.  I use to be a very well known liberal.   I am not going to brag about my past accomplishments as a former liberal.  For now I'm not too proud.  I can vouch that I was never harrased and deleted as I have been as a conservative.  Its not the same batch of liberals as you and I hope you figure it out before learn its lesson.

  7. conspiracy to commit a riot is a crime.

  8. To stop them from criticizing our GOP!

  9. Perhaps you didn't hear about the Obama campaign trying to shut down the ad that was aired by an independent organization asking for Obama to clarify his relationship with Bill Ayers. Perhaps you didn't hear about the flood of phones and email servers this past week as Obamites called WGN in Chicago in protest of their guest, Stanley Kurtz, who is reviewing the documents released by the University of Chicago which documents the working relationship between the terrorist and Barack Obama. These callers were responding to an email the Obama campaign sent calling for the silence of Stanley Kurtz while it smeared the journalists character. Perhaps you didn't hear about the police handcuffing journalists and some Dem party protesters. Who's facist?

The article you quoted here is so vague and full of holes that your conclusion shows holes in your train of thought. So these people are being searched... you have no idea who these people are. You have no idea if they have a record of inciting riots in similar situations. You have no idea who authorized the search and why. But golly gee...it's got to be those nasty Republicans. If these homes were searched, the police had a warrant. If they had a warrant, there was probable cause and it was reviewed by a judge and executed by police officers.

  10. I don't know, ask the liberal congress, they make the rules and the State of Minnesota follows them

  11. i dunno..but where do you live? lol

  12. They were probably muslims.

  13. ?????? and your point is!!

  14. Did you not see the word disrupt in there?  "that has publicized plans to disrupt convention activities".  No, they aren't allowed to organize to disrupt.

In Denver, protests were held in very specific areas and in case you missed it, an ABC new producer was arrested for shooting video on a sidewalk.  Now that was over the line.

    fs

  15. ohh c**p am i ever in trouble then!

  16. Could they have been Illegals by chance.

  17. Constitution has no provision for inciting a riot or conspiring to commit one. Should have done this before the Democrat convention where people died in the 60's.

  18. at least they are just being raided... those against Obama are getting all their personal property taken from them

  19. 5 people arrested on consiracy to commit a riot?

They didn't stop people from assembly, all others were allowed to continue.

They haven't stopped people from protesting.

They've arrested people who intended to start a riot.

With a warrrannt, the judge in Deocratic held state of Minnissota is most likley a Democrat.

See quit whining about police enforcing the laws of the country

  20. I didn't see anything in your article that said the reason was because they disagreed with Republicans.

Nice job at being a liar with a misleading question though.  You should be a politician yourself.

  21. Another liberal boob. True the constitution does allow for assembly, speech and protest, but it does not allow for riots or for causing bodily injury. That's what those poor little liberal "peaceful" protesters were planning and THAT'S why their houses were raided. They had PROBABLE CAUSE. Nice try, libbie.

  22. Its real simple if your intending to riot and cause bodily harm. and

property damage you *** is going to jail. So whine and cry all

you want. If your part of it you might want to acquaint yourself

    with a no knock warrant.

  23. 50,000 people wow that would be incredible if that many gathered to show their unhappiness w/the Republican party. That would be more than the number of people attending the convention!

  24. Not a good thing, it shows the Fascism of the Republicans
