Why are people here so hostile?

why do u think it is that people on internet forums etc are always very hostile or have a large group of people that just enjoy spewing out hostile and negative answers that give no help to anyone?

Good question.  

Lack of evolution, or 'arrested evolution' I like to call it.

But, I did come across something interesting the other day about this  pathetic human condition, which made me realize that since a person can't fix it, use it best you can.

For instance, if you have a question, and you can't get help, or a helpful answer, you may try getting a 'partner' to answer your question with whatever the closest "guess" is, and that would be not quite the entire or correct answer so then, a bunch will jump on to correct that wrong answer.

How can anyone take anything that is said here "personally"?  If you read something hostile in the words written here, you yourself must feel hostile.  Words are just words!!!!!!! We give them meaning and we are free to assign whatever meaning to them which suits us.
