Why are people making such a big deal out of the election?

There is no way Obama can win the election, regardless of whom he picks as his VP, regardless of whom McCain picks as his VP. It doesn't matter what McCain's VP says, nor what Obama's VP says.

There are MANY MANY MANY Americans who will not vote for Obama just because.

YOU ALL KNOW THAT, so stop acting like all these speeches and picks make a difference!

Every political election is one big hyped up deal, when really it makes no difference who wins.

the President is probably already chosen even before anyone starts to vote (and not by the people). The government knows things we don't.

Because anybody with even a tiny shred of intelligence knows the damage Obama would do to this country.

We cannot surrender and appease, like he wants, without damaging our security.

We cannot hammer business and pay 70% tax, like he wants, without destroying our economy.
