Somebody was like my grandpa or dad is 82 year old fire fighter. Who would want a 83 year old fire fighter trying to rescue them from a fire?

  1. Yeah, 72 is well past the normal retirement age.

  2. It worries me greatly. The job of the president is a very stressful one. It ages people beyond their years. Coupled with the health problems Mack Cane has already endured, makes me stop in my tracks. His foolish choice for a VP has turned me away completely.

No More Bush, No Mack Cane. Even his name implies old, worn out. He served, and he served well. His time has come and passed. Mack Cane, step out of the way, gracefully while you can, if you can. Save your dignity. Because that's all that's left.

  3. Because there is a difference between a healthy 72 -year-old and an unhealthy one. There are plenty of people who are 40 and are in much worse health than McCain. My grandmother is almost 90 and she gets around better and has a more clear mind than some people I know who are half her age. McCain's health is fine, he has released his medical documents proving so. Besides, you guys don't complain about Ted Kennedy, who is older than McCain, but that's not surprising.  It's funny how so many people make fun of his age, don't you have anything better than that? Kinda pathetic.

  4. lol,his mom is 96 and out on the campaign with him.says something for stamina.now that i think about it.that is why cindy probably sticks around too!

  5. i know 27 is old

  6. because 70 is the new 50, haven't you heard?

  7. Because they are Neocons.

  8. hey, stop it, he has the body of 70 year old!

  9. But you have no problem with Biden being 66 years old ??

If your in good health, then your in good health.

  10. Because 72 is the new 52

  11. I am not a McCain supporter but if we could get just some time out of him to do good for all of us, I would be very happy.

Something is so much better than nothing.

Age is no problem with me. It is how you view me and respect me that counts.

  12. Personally, I haven't heard anyone "pretending that 72 isn't old". But, it really depends on the person. I had an aunt "Lizzie" who worked in an old-folks-home (as they used to call them) well into her 80's. She was older than most of the residents and sharp as a tack up until she passed away at the ripe age of 99. Sure 72 is old, but people from McCain's era understand hard work, accountability, sacrifice, patriotism and honor. Who from the Dems side can tout ANY of those virtues?
