  1. Maybe because they're wishing they have your PFD. I can't think of anything else - and it's a reflection on them, not you!

  2. Because MONEY MAKE THE WORLD GO AROUND.. money = buy new stuff, money = power,

  3. One day you will understand the importance of financial security and responsibility. I can't understand why you would not file for money that you are entitled to. If you don't "need" it for expenses right now then you could put it into a ROTH IRA every year and start saving for your future. Do you file your federal and state taxes to receive your tax refunds? This is really no different. I'm not sure if you can still file for your PFD, but if you can then I hope you see how foolish it is to walk away from money that is set aside for you.

  4. Money smells good.

  5. cuz hun this year's pfd is over 3 grand per person.  and it's not so much as them being fanatic, its just that your an oddity that you don't want the money.  if you qualify then you are entitled.  Saying that you didn't or don't want to does in many ways make you look and or sound snobbish.  Especially when so many of us in Alaska are struggling to make ends meet,  and get a foot into that better life.

  6. why dont you apply for it, then send it to me so i can have a medical procedure/ test done to help me

  7. money makes the world go round babe .... they say money cant make you happy but it sure as h**l makes everything better
