Question:

Why are people so moody these days?

IS there a reason for this? Life not working out for them? Flicking their cigarettes out the window, acting like crazy maniacs, engaging in violence, throwing judgements, so many things.

What gives?

Is there a real reason behind this, or is humanity just moody by nature? I don't understand it.

  1. I agree with Bee Bee, what -Making a difference - said is very insightful.

  2. I think the world is changing.  For the first time in my life I am scared of not having a job and with a fairly recent mortgage, too.  I think a lot of people are feeling insecure in this world right now.

As far as the littering, to me that is just wrong.  My understanding is it takes about 7 years for a cigarette butt to decompose.  I haven't noticed an increase in violence.  It has always been there and always will be, unfortunately.

  3. I am wondering if moody is the right word.

Economically strapped, sick of "nanny" governments etc etc etc

    the list is quite long.

Social stability is certainly not what it was & many are feeling left behind with new technology etc etc etc

I hope I have said enough to answer your question.

    Best wishes. UK

  6. Ask yourself this, what has this world come to?

Don't worry about it, try to spread peace and calmness to others.

There's not much else you can do.

Be thankful you are happy, and un-moody?

I know the future looks dark, but it's fair the kids of today will carry the light.

  7. There are a lot of contributes to "mean" and "rude" people.

The weather is always a contributor but one thing we must realize is that - honestly, you don't know what is happening in their lives...... a loved one could have died, they found out they are ill, financial hardships and the list goes on.

I received this beautiful memo the other day and it really touched me......

I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport . We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us. My taxi driver slammed on his breaks, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us. My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. And I mean, he was really friendly.

So I asked, 'Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!' This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, 'The Law of the Garbage Truck.'

He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you. Don't take it personally. Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. Don't take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets.

The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day. Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so..... 'Love the people who treat you right. Pray for the ones who don't.

----- after this I don't think there is nothing left to say besides ....... God Bless :)
