Why are people so rude? (my children's names)?

A week ago my husband and I took our kids to a block party. We recently moved so we didn't know very many people at all and when they met us, they were very rude. They commented on our children's names and that we have so many and were crazy.

Do you think our children's names are that bad?

The names are non-traditional and way over done. That's about all I can see wrong with them. I really doubt that they were "rude" because of the names...I'd say it has to do way more with the number of kids that you have rather than what you've chosen to name them.

Very few people have large families these days. We have a local family that has at 7 kids right now and all we can think is "omg, is she pregnant AGAIN??". You might want to get used to the neighbor's "rude" behavior~~I doubt it's going to end any time soon.

i don't think the names are anything weird or something...they all sound normal to me. i mean when i get married and have a kid i want to call her Lolita after one of my favorite styles of clothes. now thats an unordinary name! and i don't think having that many children is bad...

Sorry to say but i think your childrens names are awful! To me they are tacky. The only one that i think is passable is evan dominic, but they are your children, not mine and you might think my kids names are horrid.

Each to their own.

Oh, and your neighbours are very rude to say things about your names. I only gave my honest opinion because you asked for it!

Actually I love all those names! I have a Reese too! My other son's name is Reiker & I have had a few rude comments about it being weird but I just ignore people like that, they apparently have a problem. He is 4 1/2 years old, he loves his name & me & my hubby still do to. Your childrens names are just fine.

I guess the only one that even I would wonder about is Taylor Jolie - I would think Taylor was a male name, and Jolie a female name....?

Armani is just as unusual as naming a girl Chanel or Coco.

I think they are all fine names. Most people don't like change and like to talk about other people so no one looks into their mess! What you should have said was "Oh yeah we do have alot of kids, no we don't need your help with anything, we raise them just fine by ourselves!" of you could get really mean and say " Well I like having s*x with my hubby don't you" or for all they now you could be Catholic and not use birth control! I hate b*****s!

Personally I like your babies names. Don't pay no mind to them. People are just cruel and if they don't have something to talk about or make fun of they try to find something. They should be making fun of names like apple or suri (which mean toilet in another language. Pay no mind to them. I like your babies names!!!!

I personally L<3ve the names. i think they are different and unique..id say that they were just Jelious!! that they couldnt think of them..haha and why do they care how many kids you have? it's not like they have to take care of them. It jus shows how other people have no LIFE and feed off of other peoples Blessings in life..

They are rude because they are made-up children with made-up names. In a question you just answered a few minutes ago you said your "twins" were 4 days old...here you claim to be 8.5 months pregnant with them.

i think that your children have beautiful names and that having 7 kids is a very good thing because a child is the most price less and the most important thing.and you could talk to the neighbors and ask them to be polite. i m a kid and in school in 4th grade a new girl showed up .everyone hated her and everyone thought she was ugly and boring until we played with her and become her friend.

they are beautiful names...and i cant seem to figure out why people have to be so rude either who cares how many kids you have or how you talk or what you wear it your lofe and you have to live with it not them...and congrats to the twins and good luck
