Because for many people the mind over exaggerates personal, physical flaws.  Seeing one's self on film allows one's mind to focus in on the physical flaws that are imagined or over-emphasized by the individual being filmed.

There are many actors who will not even watch their own work in film because it is disturbing to them.

i believe that they hadn't accept their self. They have seen their selves on camera they dint like their appearance and generally the way  they behaved and from now and then they do not want to be on camera. they have a specific presentation for them on their mind and the can not accept that they can not reach their ideal accept of self
