Every day on here there are numerous questions asking how to get out of Jury duty. I am constantly amazed by how uncaring and lazy people are.

We have more freedoms than any other country, and one of the very few things expected of us is jury duty, but when called to participate people act like the government is trying to take their first born from them and will do anything they can to get out of it.

I can understand that it is an inconvenience, however, you're supposed to be adults, take the bad with the good, do your duty and stop whining.
