Time and time again I see the question asked here.. "I'm so and so height and weigh so and so" or "How can I lose [insert really higher number] weight in [short amount of time here]"? Do people not realize if you lose to much weight to fast your skin will be just flab? Or how bout checking your body fat percentage and knowing if your fat or not instead of just asking if so and so hieght etc.People need to do research and find out the best way for them to be healthy and to tell weather they are fat or not. If you do not have superficial veins on your arms then you are probably at a point where you could benefit from losing fat. Weight is not your enemy it is your friend. It is body fat that is your enemy. and the ONLY way to measure that is to know your body fat%. Weight is misleading and BMI is just the stupidest thing ever invented. According to a BMI chart I'm overweight yet I can fit in a size 0 girls pants and my abdominals show.. I guess I'm just to fat. Why don't people know this common knowledge? Also eatting habbits just make me sick and I won't even get started on why peopl eodnt know anything about what to eat and how often to eat.
