Why are people so worried about how they are going to die?

we shouldnt be so worried about the first death....its going to happen to everyone.

dont you think it is more important to worry more about the second death?.....thats the one that sends you to Heaven or h**l.

i would prefer answers from people who have the "Christian" belief.....this pertains to Heaven and h**l....not evolution or ?

People worry because it is the big unknown. It is something that they have no control over. They worry about how it is going to affect their loved ones, will it hurt, they also worry about what is "beyond" death, etc.

well maybe we should all be a little worried about how we're gonna die because we never know if its gonna be painful or not

also where you're going to go in the after life

Not worried about dying, just prefer to do without the pain of dying a slow death or death by accident lying in pain for weeks or months.

In the movie Grumpy Old Men, when the black guy died in his sleep, Walter Matthau told Jack Lemmon, "the lucky b*****d." I just want to be a lucky b*****d.

That is a good question. I think that many of people don't think about the second death. They only worry about the psychical death which i no longer worry about. Nor, do i worry about the second death since i know my destination. God Bless!
