Why are people surprised that politicians are committing indicent actions?

Why is the American people reacting so surprised to a problem that was prevailed: the inmoralities of the new pop culture not only have reached the superstars like Britney, but is now being reflected in our leaders. I believe that is a natural process because these immoralities produce money since Americans are willing to pay for it, and the anarchist government led by rich people are somewhat benefiting from those sales.

It is just on the denial part in the people's mind. They just hope it won't happen with their politicians and stay with them, listening to them and do anything to help until you drop on them. They find it surprised and still find its hard to believe it happens in a real life, after voted for them. Being in power change everything who you are in the other side of life as same for having lots of money. We don't see many politicians come from less popular colleges or without a law degree. Mostly from IVY leagues or Top colleges. s****. groups make it in the politics and think they can get away with it if they make the mistakes , breaking the law and or get the immunity from it
