Question:

Why are people talking about Palin's lack of experience?

Seriously, shouldn't women fight this. Since when is raising five kids (FIVE!) "lack of experience"? I know it's not the same, obviously, but isn't this what America is all about? That anybody from any background can work their way up into the political world?

Also, we complain about politicians being corrupt, and here we have an honest, straightforward woman who hasn't been in the world of politics and we're insulting her saying she "doesn't have enough *experience*"?! Hypocrisy is wrong!

She worked her way up through the ranks.

Ask anybody in a small town: Small Town Politics is Rough. Also, people complain about McCain's age. So here we have someone who is TOO experienced and too UN-experienced, according to liberals.

So what's right? Oh, Obama, the guy who brought his family to listen to Reverend Wright. The guy who thinks the government should take care of everybody. Like he has experience anyway.

McCain made a good move, and Palin is a good woman, people. Get over it.

  1. That's exactly what I said! I don't get why people are dissing Palin when she has more experience than Obama. Raising five kids and being a governor of Alaska with a populartion of 670,000 not 6,700. She's also pro life, which is morally right and wasn't this country based on morals? I'm not for McCain or Obama but I do think that people are treated her unfairly.

  2. The fear from the left is going to a rabid mode now on Gov Palin, its the weekend they must have ran out of Kool Aid

McCain and Gov Palin a winning team

  3. She didn't work her way up.  She was snatched up by a desperate candidate.  And honestly, I think it's pretty selfish of any parent to ditch their four month old SPECIAL NEEDS newborn for 15 minutes of fame.  Running a house is nothing like running a country, and being Gov. of Alaska is a joke.  It's its own little world up there.  Not to mention her anti-choice, anti-g*y, creationism in schools nonsense.

Honest and straightforward?  She is hardly that.  Read this:

McCain made a horrible move, and pretty much nailed his own campaign's coffin.  He's a hypocrite, and his intentions are grossly transparent.

  4. It's not about whether or not she can raise kids or whether she is a good wife, it's about running this country, putting this country in a better position. What sense would it make to vote for a person because they have ovaries.

  5. 1. He’s desperate. Let’s stop pretending this race is as close as national polling suggests.

  6. That is the only thing that they are being spoon fed by the liberal media.  They can't reason or think for themselves and they listen to the media for their "opinion" and then regurgitate it back as if they thought of it first.  Sheesh.

  7. hypocrisy? we are simply pointing out that palin is obviously not experienced enough to run on the REPUBLICAN TICKET. Since she has less experience than obama and you all say he doesn;t have enough.

political experience aside, frankly her background is rather unimpressive compared to obama. She is basically your run of the mill creationist soccer mom with a bunny degree from the university of idaho. Not exactly who i would feel comfortable with commanding the second largest nuclear arsenal on the planet.

  8. No women shouldn't fight this. Five kids is she doesn't know what a condom is and can keep her legs together.  She has no political experience, unless changing dipers counts as that.

Just because "anyone can work their way up" doesn't mean that they should. She should stay home with her kids if she's gonna practice what she preches.

What's right? None of the two parties are good this year. I was going to vote for McCain but that dumb b*tch ruined his campain.

Just because she's a woman, doesn't mean other women are going to vote for her.

  9. I agree but the answer to your question is that it allows the media (who have anointed Obama President) to take the focus of the inexperience of Obama.

There are many things I don't like about her (I am a Democrat) but her experience as executive is superior to Obama's (that has none) and any argument against her in the #2 spot is an even better argument against Obama in the #1 spot.

  10. Welllll she is under investigation for abuse of power in Alaska. Maybe if she had done something other than be mayor of a town of 5000 before she became Gov she would have know you can not fire someone who refuses to fire your brother in law. No matter how big of a d**k you think he is. I don't think that someone who is under investigation in her first term of being gov is qualified to run America if McCain kicks the freaken bucket

  11. She lacks political experience, especially at the national level.  Just accept this fact and move on instead of making a fool out of yourself trying to prove something that is simply untrue.
