Why are posts in my Yahoo Group going missing?

Question

When I click on "Messages" the posts start at 435 and go through 425 then all the sudden it skips to 171, then 156. Why is it doing this, and what can I do to view ALL the posts made to the forum?

Are you the moderator of the group?  If not, the moderator is deleting them.

members are allowed to delete their own posts- if you're the owner, you can go to management under group activity check the logs of moderators and web features, for each type in the word "deleted" and it should bring up all deleted items including posts

if you're just a member- for whatever reason those post were deleted and you cannot view them, they're simply gone
