Why are proxies not working?

Question

Why is every proxy i try blocked? The firewall at my school has found a way to block them when i try to use them but i can still get to them. anyone know how to take down a school firewall?

Your school firewall blocks proxies after you visit the site the first time, maybe the second time if you are lucky. I have had some luck with deleting my web browser's History by right-clicking on that day's history folder and deleting it. If you were wanting to visit youtube and watch videos; a website I used last year and was never blocked was pop.youtube.com. It is almost invincible.

I work in the IT department at a school and the Sonicwall(r) firewall is able to block every known proxy. The only way to take it down would be to log into it and bypass the firewall. However, should you get caught, the school may take disciplinary or legal action against you. So I recommend just dealing with it. Find another website.

The school blocks these proxies from a know proxy list.  You just need to find one that works.
