  1. i actuley witnessed willie mason at the cross in the bathrooms of saphire throwing his guts up and then getting a mop no idea were it came from and then cleaning it up then smashing the mop and talking to himself, have it all on my phone hahaha not going to give it to the news media at all, hes a rooster now! yew

  2. Generally speaking league players are morons. You dont need a brain to play footy, get drunk, beat women and harass people when pissed. Its the old saying ' just add drink to make an idiot'. To decrease this all the NRL has to do is say if you bring the game into disrepute you will no longer be employed by the NRL.Normal society dictates this stance. The NRL is not normal. It is comprised of a spineless  group of 'league officianados' who are afraid of upsetting the 'gravy train' and actually disciplining 'EMPLOYEES' who refuse to conform to 'NORMAL SOCIETAL STANDARDS'.

  3. they are just like you and me except when they go out pissed idiots like to measure their wit and brawn against them try and imagine how you would deal with it every single outing a lot of the boys are now going to each others houses which is good except for the single guys who like to pick up girls with there high profile but thats when trouble usually follows

  4. They are high profile public figures who are scrutinised closely by the media. They aren't really any more aggressive than the average punter in the street but because of the media focus we here about any incidents of bad behaviour or violence that occurs anywhere near a rugby league player.

The other problem is that a lot of the younger guys just don't know how to deal with having bucket loads of cash thrown at them and having so much free time on their hands. I know clubs are getting better at looking after these kids and providing coaching in how to conduct themselves on top of the regular coaching required of an athlete but there still needs to be some improvement made in this area. These players are an investment for the clubs and should be looked after accordingly.

  5. Its not just NRL Players, alcohol is so well ingrained into the very fabric of Sport, Society and Culture here, its unbelievable. Even in "Park Footall", the Best & Fairest was always awarded the "Golden Mug" and encourage to drink till you passed out, or had a fight in town and your mates carried you out! They need to further disassociate the game from Alcohol, especially at grass roots levels.

Remember the "Tooheys Metro Cup", now the "Jim Beam Cup", its endemic.

  6. It's all the steroids they are on during the off season

    and the drinking

    and the drugs

and the fact they like beating people up

and because they are so so so dumb

    GO THE AFL

  7. Get over it. This type of stuff annoys me so much. What is wrong with young guys going out and enjoying a drink, the media often forgets this. Whenever theirs a brawl and there's a league player across the street in another bar theyre all of sudden a bad influence on children and are irrisponsible.
