Why are scorpios given so much hype?

Also: why are scorpios the only ones who astrologers deem the most passionate/intense of all signs? All of the signs have passions that are expressed certain ways. (Or am I wrong?) Why do some think that Cancers & Pisces are too weak? Are Cancers and Pisces too weak? What do astrologers mean when Scorpios have penetrating gazes? What constitutes a penetrating gaze/eyes?-I need characteristics here!

I'm really sorry for questioning about Scorpio, but this is the sign that I have the hardest time studying...obviously b/c I don't understand it, or the meaning of its so-called passion/intensity.

I'm a triple scorpio sun/moon/rising.

And honestly no one so far has been able to keep up with me when it comes to bouts of passion or intensity.

Even my closest friends just get overwhelmed when I feel strongly about something.

I am a Scorpio and continually am complimented on my being deep in thought and feeling, often I find inspiring another with the passion and vigor dictated behind my opinion. I do enjoy having people who appreciate this about me, but also enjoy their input from a far more rational point somewhat checking what I have missed. I believe this is why most of these conversations take place with Virgos and Libras.

I know I do have that gaze and at times am disappointed with it seeing people look at the ground, while other times it is quite gratifying. Although, we do tend to avoid eye contact in our society and I am quite fond of observation and people watching.

In my experience, Cancers and Pisces can be quite strong, but in a different view. I believe myself to be tenacious when striving for something I desire, but my sister, a Cancer, is tenacious in spirit, where as I am far more easy going. She knows what is, and what is not, how it goes and seldom compromises. My Pisces friends can be a bit much to handle at times, but the ability to level with someone from an emotional standpoint and selflessly endure that persons trouble as well as reciprocate experience of their own is quite admirable what with it being often conferred as a weakness. I appreciate someone with back bone where it counts.
