  1. Because they are more informed and actually care. Younger people are out working, having fun, hanging out with friends, in college, and not watching the news or even caring about it. That's a real problem with my generation. *sigh* Thank goodness I'm going to vote.

    =P


  2. They come from a different generation.

    Younger people tend to have the attitude that government will take care of them. Older people know that the people need to take care of the government.
