Why are simple, one stage steam turbines rarely used?

  1. Number of stages depend on capacity of power to be generated. Depending on the capacity, quantity of steam is introduced at inlet. There is still power left after the first stage and is used in multi-stage turbines to derive the most possible power.

    We do have single stage turbines working at a low pressure of just 10 Bar to generate 1KW to 50 KW of power.Contact mizunturbines@ymail.com for more information.
