In comparison to men. I suspect the feminists will deny it happens or pay lip service to supporting it.

"According to Home Office statistics, one in four women and one in six men are believed to experience domestic violence at some point in their lives. But what effect does domestic violence have on men and what support is available to them?"

  1. Your sub-question would require an essay so I will answer your question.  Since anger is considered to be a natural male emotion and is considered unnatural for women, more counselors would think that there was something wrong with the women.  That is - if your stats are correct.  The anti-fems use fake statistics so much- they have cried wolf too many times for anyone to believe them.

  2. well for the most part anger management is usually a thing that is set by the court to have to attend it. you are wrong about if a women will have to or not fact is if she is brought in on DV charges she will have to attend it. so in this if there is lack of it it is because a lot of men do not report it and let it go instead of bring it to the law.

  3. my dad deals with anger managment in his counsellig job and many women do attend as wel as men

  4. Your reactions to anger is taught, not an instinct

The ways that men and women are taught to handle frustration, stress, and anger is different.

  5. Women are better at hiding their emotions. Yes I know some very angry women, but they hid it well. This is a sad truth, but men tend to wear their emotions on their sleeves. I do!

Have to agree with you a little though, there is a lot of c**p men get due to the extremist feminist movement. The emasculation of men is fact in my opinion. When little boys are told something is wrong with them (ADHD) and given drugs for being active, there is a HUGE problem. I'm supposedly one of those kids. I was diagnosed with ADHD and Dyslexia, yet have have better concentration and can write and read better then most of the kids who were drugged as kids (thank God for my amazing parents!).

  6. Women have better coping skills, if this were not so there would be more homicides enacted upon males.

  7. sadly most men don't report abuse the few that do no one believes them when i was asked to talk to abused women i said i would talk to men also

they thought i was crazy so i refused to give a lecture men need to speak up more about abuse

you cant be heard if you don't speak up

  8. Because women's common rhetoric is that we men are always wrong.  And if women become angry and violent, it is us men provoking them.

  9. In my own personal experience, I've worked at a community agency where we were able to recognize young females who needed anger management and got them the appropriate counselling.

You, as many men here, misappropriatly attribute gender bias to feminists. It's the men and traditional women who have a hard time believing that girls can be angry, bullies and violent.

It takes people with experience in the real world (feminists) who can look at these girls and see who they really are and not the stereotypes that society has assigned them. We are the ones who can help these girls get the help they need.

  10. I had to attend and actually learned because 20 years ago I abused my former husband.  I am happily married now and really learned from anger management.  It has helped in my relations also with friends.  He was abusive too and to leave was the best choice.  In the USA abusive situations both the couple can be arrested.  I was court ordered to attend and I am happier because I learned skills to deal with anger.
