Why are so many Muslim youths especialy in Iran leaving Islam?

Not only leave Islam they become anti Islam . What is the reason for so many anti Muslim sites by x Muslims?

Religion is belief system that was born out of tribal systems centuries ago.  For the world to survive we must try to transcend tribe and tribal thinking.

We live in age where people have access to more information and read differing point of view and educate themselves. The more knowledge someone has the less likely they are to believe in magic and invisible people living in the sky.

As an Iranian and ex-muslim, this is all I got to say. The only reason I used to pray to Allah was to get my hopes up. But now I think religion is some sorta thing to make your grandmother happy. We are the next generations and I think in this generation, we'd rather  live our life to the fullest rather than worship or pray to a God that we only heard about through books and our relatives.

Also how are the religions so sure that they are true? I mean you don't see people making sacrifices for the Aztec gods, Zeus throwing down lighting bolts, or people building Pyramids for Egyption Gods. And how are we so sure it's not Shiva's blessing that we got our work done and we rather thank Jesus? How are we so sure that the messengers have the true word of God? I mean when the Prohphet gets the word of God he is responsible for what he says. Then the scribe is responsible for writing it. So that's 3 points of views. If you take all these into account, you'd realize that most religions have circular logic.

The other reason I left Islam is because it is no different than other religion. They believe that their religion is the only true one but all they are doing is making truth claims based on no subjective evidence.

I wouldn't worry about it. If they are leaving, it's by choice and that's what's good about our life we have a choice. I respect all religions. So I can only say ask them.

It is because of Ignorence ! Since they have been diprive of the oportunity to compare/contrast, even their sunny sect, they have no

ideal for a religion.It is a sense of freedom to leave a religion. Since a

religion teaches how to live or spend life in this world and when one leaves a religion and adopts to another one, he/she is just comparing

the two ways of living. In our ealry education years if we get chance to get education about other living systems, chances are we can adopt to

a moderate way of living. Then we will find only islam provides us a moderate way of living. Some people understand this philosiphy sooner and some spend whole life and do not understand it !

Because it's the biggest load of cobblers on the planet?

Let's face it, the Ancient Egyptians had a religion that was the be all and end all of their civilisation, check out the pyramids for one of the biggest examples of devotion to religious end.

However, can you find a single person who worships that particular religion now?

Once you open you eyes to what's going on beyond the indoctrination of religious teachings, a whole new, free thinking world opens up that is not bound by the chains of some belief that has no real place in todays world.

Sure, you need to have some kind of moral code to live by, but I for one wouldn't listen to a word that a warmongering, hypocritical liar had to say for 1 minute.

My children have grown up to be beautiful individuals who have been allowed to blossom free of religion and it's ridiculous nonsensical texts.

The answer is easy.  Read the koran!  

Allah's love (if thier is such a thing) is very conditional; it's based upon an individual becoming a muslim.  

God's love is unconditional.  In fact the New Testament states that God loved world when it did not love Him yet in spite of that He sacrificed His own son to reconcile himself to humanity forever.  

Islam's days are numbered; its a backward primative religion where the believer tries to win allah's favor.  This alone should tell you how immature islam is.  Everything about islam is negative; there is nothing good or positive about it.  The sooner it dies the better the entire world will be!!

perhaps they are tired of an oppressive culture? Where women are required to cover themselves and are beaten if they do not follow the wishes of their parents / husband.

There was a story in the paper the other day about a father who exicuted his daughter because she had decided to divorce her arranged marriage husband and had moved out of their home and found an apartment of her own. This happened in Atlanta, georga in the U.S.

LOL the religion may not be repressive but the culture is. by your own words it is mandatory to cover oneself in iran. this isn't the only contry where the culture is oppressive to women. Women are equal to men in every way and should be treated the same. If a man is not required to be escorted by a man or have to cover himself then a woman shouldn't have to.  

as to war with iran, you should know if Iran does develope a nuclear weapon and if they do use it against our allies (isreal) iran will not survive the tidal wave that will wash over them from the U.S. and the other European Nations.
