Why are so many blacks always mumble when they speak?

i mean, even if someone who you don't know is calling you on your phone, you almost know that it is a black on the other side of the line by just listening to their (mumble-)English?!

Black people mumble when they speak for the same reason that white people mumble--- improper enunciation.  A lack of command on the proper way to speak the English language is a factor in this equation as well.

If you are going to criticize how others speak, I suggest you take a good hard look at your own use of the English language.

"Why are so many blacks always mumble...," that would get an F in any grade 3 grammar class.

You are hearing what you want to hear. Personally I know a few whites who mumble and some leave words out because they can't speak properly.
