Why are so many cowards insulting others behind their?

do they realise that coming face to face to a person they would be like sheep? and back down straight away ?

Is anonimity on the internet a new way to vent one's anger at the world at large ?

lol, ive asked that question b4...its cause they are anonymous and perhaps enjoying the freedom of saying whatever they can say without repercussions. Its like a whole new set of rules exists online. But its annoying too sometimes!! I mean, for example, I once asked a question about being a bit depressed, I mentioned that I used to take xtc a bit when I was younger, and I got a whole load of people saying "kill urself" and "ur a burnt out old husk!"....which was nice, of course, but it didnt bother me that much, cause as long as I can rememeber, like, even when we 1st got the net in our house 1997, people have acted this way on it. But its easier to get nasty answers than nice ones. There'll always be someone minging at you from beind their screen, its like they cant help themselves lol, but i try not to and always feel bad if I do cause it still hurts
