    Many english stations are going spanish as the numbers of spanish speakers in a area expands.. radio operators trying to go after the market (read listeners who will hear there ads) will be better than some english formats. Hince going after the money....

    The spanish stations coming in loud and clear you need to elaborate. Most stations run processing and are always roughly the same audio level no matter what.

    But spanish stations from mexico sound louder as they are allowed to run more power than in the US
