Why are so many farmers poor? while so many teachers are rich?

they are the ones who provide food for our stomach...and why are teachers rich - they provide us food for thought.

also, we need to fill our stomach FIRST before studying....so FOOD FOR STOMACH COMES FIRST!

Where are you coming from that teachers are rich? Maybe private school teachers are rich since they are paid more than public school teachers are, but public school teachers are definitely NOT rich (at least not here in Oregon).

As for the farmers, I know some of them around here (Oregon) that are very rich. I think it all depends on what they grow, how well they grow and clutivate it, how much is put into the food, etc.

Please do not generalize all farmers as being poor when this is not true and all teachers as being rich when this is not true.

because we get the majority of our food from other countries, so farmers here have to majority cut their prices to compete with that. so they make less than teachers. teachers also would know how to better manage their money and how to invest it because of they're more formal education.

and teachers are more likely to marry into money than a farmer is.
