Why are so many indian/pakistani worker in the gulf states?

while there are so many arabian people especially iraqi and palestinian live in a poor condition and do not have a job. what make it hard for them to obtain a job in gulf states, since indian/pakistani are so easy to enter the gulf states.

seriously, i just go to dubai one time, for me, it's not like an arab country but rather india or pakistan

These nationalities are patient and flexible.  What I mean is they can work to the dirtiest, hardest and lowest paid jobs that the ARAB people don't want to fill in.

Let's look at Dubai for example.  Dubai is spectacular for it's fast pace developments going on.  But look who's doing the hardest job in fulfilling these growth?  The Construction Workers or the so-called LABORERS isn't it?  

The Arab people itself are the one who recruited this workers from India or Pakistan because of low salary and the hard work that they're going to do.  Would you think that the ARAB People would like to work as a Laborer for 350-800 Dirhams a month under the heat?  Come on...

Look at the United States of America, this nation is on the Top for so long because their people are doing the jobs for their country!  But of course they also needs help from other citizens.  From doing the dirtiest jobs like garbage/human waste collectors, window cleaners, nannies and many more.  You will see Americans doing these dirty jobs.  Unlike in the Middle East you will never see Locals filling this kinds of professions maybe there are some  but not known to us (except in Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Jordan and some poor Arab countries).  

Another example is by using public transportation, I seldom saw locals who rides a Bus.  I don't know what is the reason with this, maybe they have their own cars or they can afford to commute by taxis.

Answer is not so simple,

Just think, the Pakistani People (majority) works as Drivers (especially taxi/ trailers & trucks/specific machines like excavators etc), and where the heavy physical works required etc, because those got good physique. The Job field is open here, a company cannot appoint all the employees from one country, there should be a ratio for all nationalities, as per the ministry of labor. Also a company will never block all positions for Indians / Pakistanis (The job candidate should be competitive)

In the case of Indians, skilled areas are covered by them (skilled personnel with lesser salary). Also technical fields in major construction companies, oil & gas field etc are filled with Indians. The management will not prefer to appoint one engineer at a salary of 50K/m (Westerner) if they get the same at 20K/m (Indian/Pakistan), am I right?

Also, the job search from India/Pakistan is higher in Gulf Countries (all over gulf), because of lack of opportunities in their home land.

answer is simple..

poverty..

unemployment..

less education...

When you have no money and no job to feed your family. then you should find other means.

And the people there in gulf states find asians a very easy to get on their jobs. Because they work on low salaries. They perform those jobs, which others feel hesitant to perform..
