Why are so many of the questions here made up?

What's wrong with these people? If my children grow up to think that it's funny to make up horrible situations for attention I will wonder what I did wrong as a parent. Why do kids (and adults) today do this? Have they never read The boy who cried wolf? Where is the humor in it? Do they not have sympathy for the people who are really going through or have gone through these things? I think it's horrible and it annoys me very much. Well I really wanted to state my opinion but technically I asked a few questions.

  1. The sad fact of your question is:

You did the exact same thing when you were younger, only you had different ways to fuel your boredom.

  2. You're right, there are always some "children" (no matter what the age) who feel it necessary to get everyone upset for his/her amusement.

They lack experience with the real world.  I don't think it's a matter of not being sympathetic.  THEY see lots of humor.

Now you just have to ignore that stuff.  If you don't have expectations about what other people do or don't do, then you won't be disappointed one way or the other.

  3. people are just bored, and trying to get attention. thats what I see. especially the ones that say I am a 11 year old who is trying to have s*x or I am 6 years old and saw my parents having s*x. they just have nothing else better to do!

  4. I think it's out of boredum, people have nothing better to do than come online and act like children. I think people need to go outside & get some fresh air. Me, I'm at work and it's slow, so thats why I'm here lol

  5. i know how you feel it's like people make up questions for no reason it's really dumb

  6. because they just want attention that is all there is

  7. boredom and attention.

yeah its wrong but there mest up just like the whole world.

maybe we could try to help them instead of judging them.

  8. I didn't make up the first question I posted on this account - if you think I did, however I had before.  kaaaarma.

  9. I completely agree with you but why worry about them?

While driving on the highway with my Dad, he would get so worked up about people that would speed or cut across double yellow lines... You know, people that wouldn't follow the rules of the road.

I'll tell you what I used to tell him:

Why worry about what other people are doing if it doesn't directly affect you?

We live in a country where people have the right to be jerks if they choose, or chase after attention if they choose to as well.
