Why are so many people asking what the difference is between a cyclone and tornado/hurricane?

  1. Cyclone is in the South East (By China and India)

    Tornado is a large column of rotating air which happens in The US and Canada and England.

    Hurricane is in the West.

WELL THE ANSWER IS SIMPLE I'M A STORM CHASER AND FORECASTER AND THOSE PEOPLE THAT ASK THOSE QUESTIONS JUST ISNT VERY EDUCATED WITH THE WEATHER TOPICS OR ANYTHING ELSE TO DO WITH WEATHER, SO THEY WANT ANSWERS TO THIS QUESTION JUST BECAUSE REALLY THEY HAVE NO CLUE, AND THERE ARE ALOT OF DIFFERENT TERMS THAT CAN BE USED WITH ALL THE WEATHER EVENTS, ESPECIALLY TORNADOES.

  3. Because a "cyclone" is in the news today.

    As for why they keep asking' the same question -- that happens all of the time. Some people don't know how to use the search function.
