  1. It seems to many to be the politically correct thing to do for many people. Its the herd instinct to stick ones next out in the present climate is to risk having it chopped off.

  2. I am a republican and I despise Bush. He is arrogant, bull headed, opinionated, low intelligent, and downright unpleasant. He refuses to admit mistakes. I see none of these qualities in McCain though.

  3. Pretty amazing isn't it, they'll talk about anything except the past 8 years.  isn't there an eagles song about it?  something like running on empty, running scared?

  4. Where do you get this information?  As a matter of fact, many hard-line Democrats jumped ship to the Republican side due to McCain's excellent choice for a VP.

  5. Just because we are republican, doesn't mean we are pro-Bush.  I hated Bush's statements about a "new world order" (I actually forget which Bush that was!!!), I hated his rash decision to rush off and attack Iraq, when what we should have done is strengthen our own borders, I hate the fact that Bush supports a North American Union.

I also consider that if McCain wins, all we have done is choose the lesser of two idiots... I mean evils.

Curious as to who I wanted to see in the White House?  See my profile.

  6. Because GW was the most liberal republican in history.  Conservatives have not been happy with GW in a while.  On that, many on both sides can agree.

We don't want any more of him.  his liberal spending has led to the large deficit.  We need change.  We need a conservative in the white house again.

  7. Once a McBush always a McBush. You can take the McPain away from the Bush but you can't take the Bush out of the McPain.

  8. Reagan compared to Bush:

Phelps (the swimmer) to a child that never tried swimming.

    McCain (flip-flop liberal?)

  9. Reagan would've vommitted if he watched Bush carry out his administration.  I will consider voting Republican when they show some fiscal restraint (isn't that one of their supposed strengths?).  Until them, I'll vote based on my social views which are somewhat liberal.

  10. Reagan is dead so that is not an option so sorry

  11. People are individuals. You cannot tell how a person will think or act by sticking a label on them. Are all white people the same? All Black people? All Catholics? All Methodists? All Teenagers? All senior citizens? All Bikers? All Truckers? See my point?

Every group has its lunatic fringe. The rest of the group tries to keep its distance to avoid guilt by association.
